.....my husband has been taken to the hospital many times over the past few years. i have never seen such caring and compassion that Jason L. and Toyshona M. showed. They made him feel like a person, made him comfortable and were amazing! I will be requesting them if we need help in the future.......

...... and your crew and staff were great. Jeff, who was dispatching, kept in touch with me to keep me updated on the status of the call. Everyone at your end was so nice, accommodating, and understanding, as they have been in the past and I just wanted to forward a thank you note for a job very well done ......

...... got a call from Dr. P. Dr. P spoke with all the staff from Lenox that were on the transport. They said that if they needed either an ambulance themselves or an ambulance for their family, they would only use SeniorCare....

...Hope all is well...S. is very responsive...takes care of anything that comes up right away. I am very pleased with SeniorCare's performance. You have a great bunch of people working for you.....

J. M. and O. F. were the members who answered our call today. They were fantastic. They were at our home super fast and transported my wife exactly where she wanted to go quickly. They are extremely professional young women, I was very impressed with their performance at the hospital where they helped the hospital staff take my wife's vitals! I feel that you should be made aware of the professionalism and kindness two of the young men working at Senior Care demonstrated to one of our residents. Not too long ago Mr. Liguori and Mr. DeSalvo came to the facility with one of our residents and I witnessed their kindness and professionalism to the resident firsthand. They were very sensitive to the fact that the resident was in pain and took much care in transferring the residents. They also insured that the resident was absolutely comfortable before they left the room. I can truly say that they take pride in their job and should be complimented for a job well done.

Phillip E. and Dora V. were very kind and sensitive to the needs of my mother and myself during a difficult time. They were very well trained and professional and I felt totally secure with the manner in which they transported my mother. Thank you to both of them.

He did in fact suffer an MI and was admitted to the CCU. He stated everyone was so professional and treated him so well, that he was very pleasantly surprised.

I just wanted you both to know that I supervised the facility on the 7-3 tour on Saturday, November 28, 2009 and had to call SeniorCare to transfer a resident of ours to XXXXX for a peg tube replacement. The two gentlemen who responded to the call, Mr. Nelson V. and Mr. Wilkerson A., were extremely pleasant, courteous and respectful to both myself and to the resident (who happens to be a bit "difficult" at times).

I just thought you should know especially if you'd like to put "something" in their employment files.

Thought I'd write you a note about your Seniorcare unit 615 that I had the opportunity to work with last Saturday.
We responded to a nursing home in the Bronx for a cardiac arrest. Your unit 615 - Thomas R. and Alexis N. - was already on-scene, had applied their AED, and already assumed resuscitative efforts from the nursing home staff. They assisted us all the way to the hospital, as did your supervisor Jessica C. They all did a great job and should be commended.
A particular thanks to Alexis who did an awesome job doing CPR almost single-handedly and with few breaks for almost 40 minutes.

...I am writing to praise Oral F. and Lorenzo B., two of your employees. ....i called SeniorCare because my 91 year old husband was showing signs of a stroke and i wanted to take him to the hospital. Both men behaved in a professional, courteous, and kind manner. They gathered information and cared for my husband while at the same time helping me to remain calm in a terrifying situation.
Mr F. and Mr. B are to be commended for their sterling service under difficult conditions.

I just wanted to put in writing my appreciation of SeniorCare's dedication to improving patient care at B***** *****. This is a bit late, but the event, specifically, I am referring to is the severe storm we had in December. The dialysis units had closed, but one of my patients felt he could not wait until the next day for his dialysis. SeniorCare was the only company willing (because of the weather) to transfer him to the ER for dialysis.

Also, it's been my experience on a day to day level, that SeniorCare is dependable and consistent in arriving in a timely manner to pick up patients for transfers. This is SO important when patients are ill, but not ill enough to warrant a 911 call. I've come to depend on SeniorCare's "dependability" - and that is so important in my goal to provide my patients with the best medical care that I can.

A patient in ... Clinic ..th Street suffered a hypoglycemic episodes while waiting for the Access A Ride to take her home. She claimed that she had missed her ride and she was very upset.
I spoke to Frank ( Senior Care Supervisor) to seek some help from him to arrange an ambulette to take the patient home to Far Rockaway. Frank was very helpful and inform me that an ambulette will be on its way ...
Frank needs to be commended highly for such kindness and support to a patient who is a need of help.

As you know, we routinely use Senior Care for ambulance services at ......... However, yesterday I had the need to get my father in law from B..... to North Shore Manhassett. I just wanted to let you know that the EMT in charge of the run, Karium A. was everything you would have wanted him to be and more. He was in-charge, professional, caring, competent, and made my 95 year old father in law feel at ease. I have tried and I know that is not an easy thing to do. He did all this while also training another EMT. That is a lot to ask of someone and I just thought I would like to know that one of your staff went above and beyond.

I am in the er @ at ****** and I'm listening to a family tell a story to someone else on how ...today they started to google and found seniorcare. They called and they were told it would be 15 minutes and the operator told them they can't guarantee they will go to this hospital but the person who comes will see what the pt is like and as long as there is no distress they could go.
They showed up 10 minutes later and they were the sweetest guys ever they cared so much took there time and made everyone feel comfortable.
The daughter told this other person that she left them a tip but they cam back in to the er and gave It back. She said she tried to argue with them to take it but they would not instead the person said please feel free to call the # back and tell them how happy they were.
She stated the techs name was Gustavo and he was studying to become a dr or something like that.

I can't rave enough about the outstanding and professional care your ambulance team gave to me and my wife in moving her from HSS to our home in Scarsdale and up a tough flight of stairs after her foot surgery which left her foot fragile. Messrs Murphy and Sidorovitch had great bed side manner, consummate skill in moving my wife and attentive to everything. They inspired confidence. I am an attorney with over forty years of experience; I am in the service business. Your colleagues were dedicated. I can see why HSS works with your organization. If I knew who to write to at HSS to tell them about your great service, I would. Thanks for everything.
