...... got a call from Dr. P. Dr. P spoke with all the staff from Lenox that were on the transport. They said that if they needed either an ambulance themselves or an ambulance for their family, they would only use SeniorCare....

J. M. and O. F. were the members who answered our call today. They were fantastic. They were at our home super fast and transported my wife exactly where she wanted to go quickly. They are extremely professional young women, I was very impressed with their performance at the hospital where they helped the hospital staff take my wife's vitals! I would not hesitate to use your company again based on my experience with Miss M. and Miss F.. You are to be commended for having such a quality staff! |

Hi Steven:
I feel that you should be made aware of the professionalism and kindness two of the young men working at Senior Care demonstrated to one of our residents. Not too long ago Mr. Liguori and Mr. DeSalvo came to the facility with one of our residents and I witnessed their kindness and professionalism to the resident firsthand. They were very sensitive to the fact that the resident was in pain and took much care in transferring the residents. They also insured that the resident was absolutely comfortable before they left the room. I can truly say that they take pride in their job and should be complimented for a job well done.

He did in fact suffer an MI and was admitted to the CCU. He stated everyone was so professional and treated him so well, that he was very pleasantly surprised. Hi Gentlemen! I just wanted you both to know that I supervised the facility on the 7-3 tour on Saturday, November 28, 2009 and had to call SeniorCare to transfer a resident of ours to XXXXX for a peg tube replacement. The two gentlemen who responded to the call, Mr. Nelson V. and Mr. Wilkerson A., were extremely pleasant, courteous and respectful to both myself and to the resident (who happens to be a bit "difficult" at times). I just thought you should know especially if you'd like to put "something" in their employment files. Hope you and your families had a very nice Thanksgiving! I'll be in touch!

Hey Mike- Thought I'd write you a note about your Seniorcare unit 615 that I had the opportunity to work with last Saturday. We responded to a nursing home in the Bronx for a cardiac arrest. Your unit 615 - Thomas R. and Alexis N. - was already on-scene, had applied their AED, and already assumed resuscitative efforts from the nursing home staff. They assisted us all the way to the hospital, as did your supervisor Jessica C. They all did a great job and should be commended. A particular thanks to Alexis who did an awesome job doing CPR almost single-handedly and with few breaks for almost 40 minutes.

...I am writing to praise Oral F. and Lorenzo B., two of your employees. ....i called SeniorCare because my 91 year old husband was showing signs of a stroke and i wanted to take him to the hospital. Both men behaved in a professional, courteous, and kind manner. They gathered information and cared for my husband while at the same time helping me to remain calm in a terrifying situation. Mr F. and Mr. B are to be commended for their sterling service under difficult conditions. |

Hello Eli,
I just wanted to put in writing my appreciation of SeniorCare's dedication to improving patient care at B***** *****. This is a bit late, but the event, specifically, I am referring to is the severe storm we had in December. The dialysis units had closed, but one of my patients felt he could not wait until the next day for his dialysis. SeniorCare was the only company willing (because of the weather) to transfer him to the ER for dialysis.
Also, it's been my experience on a day to day level, that SeniorCare is dependable and consistent in arriving in a timely manner to pick up patients for transfers. This is SO important when patients are ill, but not ill enough to warrant a 911 call. I've come to depend on SeniorCare's "dependability" - and that is so important in my goal to provide my patients with the best medical care that I can.
