With more than 550 employees and over 100 ambulances, SeniorCare Emergency Medical Services is one of the largest ambulance providers in New York City.
We are committed to our core values of “Clinical Excellence & Outstanding Customer Service” and treat every patient, family member and caregiver with care, compassion, kindness and respect. We specialize in and are trained in taking care of the elderly, infirm, and special needs populations. In addition to our emergency and non-emergency services, we also specialize in Critical Care transports. We have a special team of Critical Care Paramedics who are highly trained in special interfacility transports of critical patients. We offer long distance transports as well as air ambulance transports. We provide staffing for special events, such as sporting events, concerts, movie sets, health fairs and many more. |

SeniorCare is also a proud member of UNYAN. We have also participated with the National Ground Ambulance Disaster Network. As a Provider, we have participated in relief efforts for Hurricane Gustav and Hurricane Ike. We have sent several ambulances and crew down to Louisiana and Texas. SeniorCare is extremely proud of our staff both who went down to help and those that stayed behind and supported. SeniorCare stands ready to help out in a time need in the future. SeniorCare Emergency Medical Services is also a winner of the 2006 Forbes Enterprise Award. The winners were judged based on those that excelled in innovative thinking in the management of successful small enterprises including innovation in marketing, customer service and retention, community service, new product development and employee relations. We are honored to be a winner of such an award.
